Arrested: Zachary Huffstutler (M) (26) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD Officers took a report from a 21-year-old Hoopeston male of a battery that occurred in the above area. Officers later located Mr. Huffstutler and placed him under arrest for the above charge. Mr. Huffstutler was processed at the Hoopeston Policed Department and later released with a mandatory court date at the Vermilion County Court House.

Arrested: Eric Couch (M) (36) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD Officers responded to the above area for a fight in progress. Officers made contact with Mr. Couch and placed him under arrest for the above charge. Mr. Couch was processed at the Hoopeston Police Department, then later released with a Misdemeanor Complaint Form and a mandatory court date at the Vermilion Co. Court House.

Details: While on patrol HPD officers observed a vehicle commit the above traffic violation. Officers conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle in the above area, issued Mr. Grills a citation and released him from the scene.
