Arrested: Kyli Baker (F) (21) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD Officers took a report from an 89-year-old male for the above charges. An investigation later led to the arrest of the listed subject on 7/25/26. Ms. Baker was taken into custody at HPD and processed. He was later transported to the PSB in Danville, IL to await arraignment.
