Unit #2: 2021 Chrysler driven by Raymee Dever (F) of Hoopeston

Details: Unit #1 was stopped at the intersection of W. Elm / Rt. 1 on W. Elm. To avoid collision with a tractor trailer turning onto W. Elm , Unit #1 reversed and struck Unit #2 who was stopped behind her. No injuries were reported, no citations issued, and both parties were insured.

Details: HPD officers were dispatched to the report of a hit and run accident. Unknown

vehicle struck Unit #2 while parked in the street. An investigation continues.
