Arrested: Chealsie Broeker (F) (34) of Urbana

Details: HPD Officers responded to a call involving the above subject. After receiving a delayed confirmation of having an active warrant out of Ford Co. , officers located Ms. Broeker at the above location and placed her under arrest. Ms. Broeker was transported to the Hoopeston Police Department, processed, then later transported to the Ford Co. Jail by a Ford Co. deputy.
