Arrested: Bethany Schreiner (F) (29) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers were dispatched to the above area. While investigating the call-for-service, Ms. Schreiner was arrested on the above charges and transported to HPD for processing. She was later transported to the PSB in Danville to await arraignment.
