Details: HPD Officers conducted a traffic stop in the above area and issued the above subject a citation for the above traffic violation. The motorcycle was towed and Mr. Rosenboom was released on an NTA in Vermilion Co. Traffic Court.

Arrested: Zachary Jones (M) (26) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers conducted a traffic stop at the above location. Zachary Jones was found to be driving on the above violations. Mr. Jones was placed under arrest, transported to HPD and was processed. He was issued NTA’s for Vermilion County Court then released from HPD custody. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
