Details: HPD officers conducted a traffic stop at the above location. After investigation, both of the above subjects were issued a citation for the above violation. They were released from the scene on an NTA in Vermilion County Court.

 

Dogs Running at Large H26-5109

Time: 6:50 a.m.

Location: 600 Blk of N 5th St

Cited: William Seiters (M) (59) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers responded to the above location for a dog running loose. Upon investigation, it was revealed that the dog belonged to Mr. Seiters. He was later issued an NTA for Vermilion County Court for the above violation.
