Unit 2: 2019 Ford Escape owned by Steve Shepherd of Champaign, IL

Details: While driving eastbound Unit 1 struck Unit 2 while it was parked on the north side of W. Washington St. Unit 1 was found at fault and issued a citation. Both vehicles were towed from the scene and both units were insured.
