Details: HPD officers conducted a traffic stop. Mr. Watson was found to be driving on the above violation. He was issued an NTA for Vermilion County Court and released from the scene.

Details: HPD officers conducted a traffic stop. Mr. Carswell was found to be driving on the above violations. He was placed under arrest and taken to HPD for processing, then later transported to the PSB in Danville to await arraignment.
