Arrested: Kieara Calloway (F) (37) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers conducted a traffic stop at the above location. Ms. Calloway was found to be driving on the above violations. She was arrested and transported to HPD. Ms. Calloway was later released with NTA’s to Vermilion County Court.

Time: 7:03 p.m.

Location: 300 Blk of W Maple St

Arrested: Celeste Binder (F) (33) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers were dispatched to the above location. After investigation, Ms. Binder was arrested on the above charges and transported to the PSB in Danville to await arraignment.

Details: HPD officers conducted a traffic stop at the above location. Mr. Herron was found to be driving on the above violation. He was issued an NTA for Vermilion County Court and released from the scene.
