Arrested: Darryl Stevens (M) (24) of Hoopeston

Details: Known to have an active Ford County warrant, HPD officers located Mr. Stevens and placed him under arrest. He was processed at HPD, then later transported to the PSB in Danville to await extradition.

Cited: Titus Barber (M) (48) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers were dispatched to the area of an illegal burn. Mr. Barber was

found burning plastic and metal. He was issued a city citation and given a city

court date.
